Challenge: The Head of Data at a large electric utility approached Tilix AI with a unique challenge: formulating a sensors and analytics roadmap for a cutting-edge 400KV substation. This substation was a key component of the utility’s infrastructure and the Head of Data knew that implementing the right sensors and analytics would be critical to its success. However, with so many options available, the Head of Data wasn’t sure where to start.

Action: Tilix AI’s team of enterprise architects and data scientists got to work on this challenging project right away. They spent time with the Head of Data and the rest of the team at the electric utility, learning about the substation and its operations. They also conducted extensive research on the latest sensors and analytics technologies, seeking out those that would be the most effective for the substation.

Based on their findings, Tilix AI’s team put together a detailed sensors and analytics roadmap that outlined the specific sensors and analytics that would be implemented at the substation. They also included a detailed timeline for implementation and a plan for ongoing monitoring and maintenance.

Result: With Tilix AI’s help, the electric utility was able to implement the sensors and analytics roadmap for the 400KV substation, with great success. The substation’s operations became more efficient, and the utility was able to detect and respond to potential problems before they became major issues. The Head of Data was extremely pleased with the results and grateful for Tilix AI’s expertise in helping to formulate the roadmap.

Overall, the project was a great success for Tilix AI and the electric utility. The Head of Data was able to confidently move forward with the sensors and analytics roadmap, knowing that it would help the substation operate at its highest level of efficiency and reliability. Tilix AI was proud to have played a key role in this project and was grateful for the opportunity to work with such an innovative and forward-thinking organization.
